New Mexico State University Global Campus is welcoming Las Cruces-based Electronic Caregiver as the newest partner in its Global Partnership program, a strategic initiative designed to strengthen New Mexico’s workforce through accessible, high-quality education.
The collaboration marks a significant step forward in aligning academic programs with industry needs. Thanks to the partnership, more than 500 Electronic Caregiver employees can take advantage of preferred tuition rates designed to support lifelong learning and career advancement. This benefit supports Electronic Caregiver’s investment in employee growth and retention while empowering staff to pursue degrees and credentials that fuel their career advancement.
“Making education more accessible through our partnership with NMSU is a vital part of our mission to empower our employees, because when we invest in their growth, we build a stronger, more capable team for the future" said Gabriela Armijo, personal development director for Electronic Caregiver.
As part of the agreement, Electronic Caregiver will integrate NMSU Global programs into its employee benefits and recruitment strategy, ensuring education remains a central pillar of professional development. NMSU Global will host dedicated information sessions and collaborate directly with Electronic Caregiver’s liaison to identify relevant programs and co-host public events.
Both organizations will work together to align microcredential and degree pathways with Electronic Caregiver’s evolving workforce development goals.
This partnership reflects a shared commitment to innovation, access and lifelong learning, and sets the stage for future initiatives that benefit both the regional economy and the lives of working professionals.
