A potential quorum of the New Mexico State University Board of Regents may occur as regents may attend the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences’ open house from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 1, at Gerald Thomas Hall, 940 College Drive, on the Las Cruces campus.
