A potential quorum of the New Mexico State University Board of Regents may occur as regents may attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening of the new Nusenda Credit Union branch inside Corbett Center Student Union at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 8, on the Las Cruces campus.
