A potential quorum of the New Mexico State University Board of Regents may occur as regents may attend the launch of the Chicana/Latina Studies Journal at noon Friday, Sept. 16, in the lawn area on the east side of NMSU’s Garcia Center, 3024 Andrew Wall Place, on the Las Cruces campus. No votes or other official actions will be taken by the NMSU Board of Regents.
