A potential quorum of the New Mexico State University Board of Regents may occur as regents may attend the following events:
Friday, Sept. 25:
- 4:30 p.m.: Rio Grande Rivalry Mixer at the Pan American Center, 1810 E. University Ave., on the Las Cruces campus. This is an invitation-only event.
- 6 p.m.: NMSU volleyball game against Western Kentucky University at the Pan American Center. This is a ticketed event.
Saturday, Sept. 26:
- 10:30 a.m.: Goal Line Club tailgate in Lot 33 of the Pan American Center. This is a ticketed event.
- 1:30 p.m.: NMSU football game against the University of New Mexico and other associated events at Aggie Memorial Stadium, 1814 Stewart St., on the Las Cruces campus. This is a ticketed event.
No votes or official actions will be taken by the NMSU Board of Regents at these events. Contact the Office of the Board of Regents at 575-646-5997 for additional information.
The NMSU Board of Regents will then hold a regular meeting at 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, in the Educational Services Building, Regents Room, 1780 E. University Ave., on the Las Cruces campus. A webcast link will be available to view the meeting online at https://regents.nmsu.edu/regent-meetings/.
In compliance with the Open Meetings Act, copies of the agenda will be made available at least 72 hours prior to the meeting and accessible at https://regents.nmsu.edu/regent-meetings/.
