A potential quorum of the New Mexico State University Board of Regents may occur as regents may attend commencement events on the Las Cruces Campus as follows:
- Outstanding Graduates Luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday, Dec.12, at the Stan Fulton Center (ticketed event).
- Graduate hooding ceremony at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12, at the Pan American Center.
- Fall undergraduate commencement ceremonies at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, at the Pan American Center.
