NMSU Board of Regents potential quorum notice for Aug. 30

A potential quorum of the New Mexico State University Board of Regents may occur as regents may attend the NMSU football game against Bryant University and pregame events Saturday, Aug. 30, at Aggie Memorial Stadium on the Las Cruces campus.
