A potential quorum of the New Mexico State University Board of Regents may occur as regents may attend the 2023 NMSU Outreach Conference Feb. 9-10 at the Las Cruces Convention Center, 680 E. University Ave., in Las Cruces. Regents may also attend an invitation-only dinner for conference speakers Feb. 9 at La Posta de Mesilla, 2410 Calle de San Albino, in Mesilla.
