A potential quorum of the New Mexico State University Board of Regents may occur as regents may attend the Higher Education Regent Coalition Symposium today at Northern New Mexico College in the Joseph Montoya Administration Building, starting at 8:30 a.m. No votes or other official actions will be taken by the NMSU Board of Regents at this event.
