A potential quorum of the New Mexico State University Board of Regents may occur as regents have been invited to the University Art Museum’s opening reception for its fall 2025 exhibits, starting at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19, at the museum, 1308 E. University Ave., on the Las Cruces campus.
