- 2 p.m.: Work session at University Center and Residence (noticed separately)
- 6 p.m.: Dinner at La Posta de Mesilla, 2410 Calle De San Albino (by invitation)
Sunday, Aug. 18
- 8 a.m.: Closed executive session at University Center and Residence (noticed separately)
- Noon: Lunch at University Center and Residence (by invitation)
- 1 p.m.: Closed executive session at University Center and Residence (noticed separately)
Monday, Aug. 19
- 9 a.m.: Regular meeting in the Educational Services Center, Regents Room, on the Las Cruces campus (notice and agenda posted separately)
- Noon: Lunch in Hadley Hall, Room 130 (by invitation)

- 9 a.m.: Fall 2024 convocation at Atkinson Recital Hall
