A potential quorum of the New Mexico State University Board of Regents may occur as regents may attend the Cole Village demolition ceremony at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 18, at the southeast corner of Wells and South Espina streets on the Las Cruces campus. No votes or other official actions will be taken by the Board of Regents at this event.
