A potential quorum of the New Mexico State University Board of Regents may occur as regents may attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Student Study Lounge and Fitness Center at 2 p.m. Friday, March 27, at the James B. Delamater Activity Center on the Las Cruces campus.
