A potential quorum of the New Mexico State University Board of Regents may occur as regents may attend the Department of Military Science/Army ROTC’s spring 2026 commissioning ceremony at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 21, in the Corbett Center Student Union auditorium, Room 247.
