The New Mexico State University Board of Regents will hold a closed meeting at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23. The meeting will be held online.
The closed meeting is being called to discuss limited personnel matters concerning individual NMSU employees as permitted under the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, NMSA Section 10-15-1, subsection (H)(2). Those matters may include discussion of a decision concerning purchases in an amount exceeding $2,500 that can be made only from one source pursuant to the Procurement Code as permitted under the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, NMSA Section 10-15-1, subsection (H)(6).
