The New Mexico State University Board of Regents will hold a closed meeting at 9 a.m. Sept. 3 in Hadley Hall, Room 130, on the Las Cruces campus.
The closed meeting is being called to complete annual performance evaluation of NMSU President Valerio Ferme under his contract, as permitted under the personnel matters exemption of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, NMSA Section 10-15-1, subsection (H)(2).
