NMSU Board of Regents to convene in closed, special meetings Oct. 11

The New Mexico State University Board of Regents will convene Monday, Oct. 11, for separate closed and special meetings.

Regents will first meet at 9 a.m. for a closed a meeting in Hadley Hall, Room 130, on the Las Cruces campus to discuss the incentive compensation and evaluation for NMSU Chancellor Dan Arvizu as permitted under the personnel matters exemption in the New Mexico Open Meetings Act. The existing chancellor agreement forms the basis for the compensation and evaluation discussion in the closed meeting. 

Regents will then reconvene at 1 p.m. for a special meeting that will be held virtually. It will be livestreamed for public viewing at https://panopto.nmsu.edu/bor/.

In compliance with the Open Meetings Act, copies of the agenda will be made available at least 72 hours prior to the meeting and accessible at https://regents.nmsu.edu/regent-meetings/.
