The New Mexico State University Board of Regents will host a closed meeting at 1 p.m. Monday, April 26. Due to the public health emergency issued by New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham, the meeting will take place online.
The closed meeting is being called to discussion threatened and pending litigation as permitted under the closed meeting exemption of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, NMSA Section 10-15-1, subsection (H)(7).
