Sumer Rose-Nolen will share how shifting to a spending and savings plan can positively affect how you look at and use money. She’ll discuss how planning for necessary and discretionary spending can ease financial anxiety and how to design a holistic financial lifestyle that’s reflective of the life you want. From reviewing and understanding spending habits such as meal planning for groceries to saving from emergencies and tangible items, participants can join an interactive session and take-home training exercises and free worksheets.

Rose-Nolen is a lifestyle specialist with more than eight years of experience in the financial industry, owner of SRN Financial Services LLC and co-founder of The Association.
