The New Mexico State University U.S. Air Force and Army ROTC presented the traditional public display of their cadets during a formal ceremony on Thursday, April 17. The 123rd annual Presidential Pass-in-Review ceremony, long-standing tradition, rich with history and symbolism, was held the Aggie Pride Field on the NMSU Horseshoe.
Originally established as a formal inspection of troops by the Commander-in-Chief, the Pass-in-Review has evolved into a ceremonial event that honors military excellence, discipline and unity. During the event, cadets marched in formation across the parade field, showcasing their precision and dedication. Distinguished guests, faculty, families, and fellow cadets gathered to witness the pageantry and to celebrate the accomplishments of those in uniform.
Following the ceremony, the annual Scholarship and Awards Presentation recognized outstanding cadets for their academic achievements, leadership and dedication to the program. Scholarships and honors were awarded to those who have gone above and beyond in both their military training and classroom performance.
Pass-in-Review is intended to demonstrate he hard work NMSU Army and Air Force cadets have invested during the year to work together seamlessly as a team.
