The Scale Up New Mexico program, supported in part by the U.S. Economic Development Administration and hosted by Arrowhead Center at New Mexico State University, is now accepting applications for its online GenAI Go-to-Market Success Sprint accelerator, designed for tech startups based in New Mexico.

The accelerator empowers founders to build and execute AI-enhanced sales and marketing strategies that drive measurable results. Running every Thursday from April 10 to May 15, the program is free for participants. Applications must be submitted by March 28, with successful applicants notified of their acceptance by April 3.

The GenAI Go-to-Market Success Sprint is a key component of Scale Up NM, which offers a range of programs dedicated to accelerating the growth of early-stage startups. In addition to Sprints, Arrowhead Center provides business development support, assistance with Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer programs, and other commercialization resources.

“The GenAI Go-to-Market Success Sprint serves as an essential platform for New Mexico’s entrepreneurs, equipping them with the critical guidance needed to sharpen their sales and marketing strategies,” said Dana Catron, interim director of Arrowhead Center. “Through this program, participants gain not only essential AI tools and ethical best practices but also learn how to create AI-driven customer profiles and messaging frameworks.”

Over the course of the six-week program, participants will engage in dynamic sessions that blend theoretical instruction with hands-on application, leveraging Generative AI for go-to-market success. The sprint includes interactive workshops, practical exercises and real-time feedback opportunities, helping participants implement AI-driven strategies for market research, customer segmentation and messaging.

Sessions will incorporate a mix of lectures, group discussions, breakout activities, personalized mentoring and networking opportunities, ensuring participants develop practical AI-enhanced sales and marketing strategies. The program will also focus on automating outreach and repetitive sales tasks, as well as scaling content creation while maintaining quality and authenticity.

“Our approach to the GenAI Go-to-Market Success Sprint is holistic and innovative, designed to empower entrepreneurs to build marketing pipelines with generative AI tools,” said Carlos Murguia, program manager for Scale Up NM. “We take a comprehensive look at sales enablement, providing best practices to automate outreach, follow-ups, and lead qualification.”

This immersive, mentorship-driven framework, coupled with direct engagement with subject matter experts, equips startups with the tools and confidence needed to build a complete AI-powered go-to-market engine with measurable return on investment.

To qualify for the GenAI Go-to-Market Success Sprint, startups must be based in New Mexico or have plans to relocate to the state. Participants are required to attend weekly two-hour virtual sessions throughout the program and demonstrate active involvement in technology-based innovation.
