NMSU seeks nominations for Entrepreneur Hall of Fame

New Mexico State University’s Office of the Vice President for Research and Graduate Studies and Arrowhead Center have launched the NMSU Entrepreneur Hall of Fame to recognize outstanding achievement in entrepreneurship among alumni representing colleges and disciplines across the NMSU system.

The recognition, which will be given to one alumnus each year, represents NMSU’s ongoing commitment to developing entrepreneurial thinkers and doers across all disciplines.

Last year’s awardee, Frank Seidel, was recognized as a “a champion for not only young entrepreneurs at Arrowhead Center but has also been instrumental as foundational force to help grow NMSU’s Chemical Engineering department and NMSU as a whole,” said Kathryn Hansen, director of the Arrowhead Center.

The Entrepreneur Hall of Fame will honor graduates who have launched successful businesses, introduced innovative entrepreneurial concepts and practices into workplaces, and/or who have contributed to the entrepreneurial climates of their regions. Nominations will be accepted until Sept. 15. The selected nominee will be notified by Oct. 1. To nominate candidates for the Entrepreneur Hall of Fame, visit
