A potential quorum of the New Mexico State University Board of Regents may occur as regents may attend the NMSU Alumni & Friends tailgate from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 28, and the New Mexico State football season opener against the UTEP Miners at 7:30 p.m. at Aggie Memorial Stadium on the Las Cruces campus.
