A potential quorum of the New Mexico State University Board of Regents may occur as regents may attend a groundbreaking ceremony at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 1, at 3190 S. Espina St. on the Las Cruces campus.
Attendance is limited to invited guests in order to ensure compliance with COVID-safe practices related to New Mexico’s public health orders.
